The Human Resources Department provides centralized human resource support to all Town departments.

Our mission is to provide services that promote a work environment that is characterized by fair treatment of staff, open communications, personal accountability, trust and mutual respect.

These services include Recruitment & Retention, Benefits & Leave Administration, Classification & Compensation, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Policy Development & Administration, Risk Management, and Workplace Safety.

We strive to provide effective human resource management to attract and retain a qualified and educated workforce that meets the needs of the Town of Colonial Beach and provides a positive work environment for all employees.
